FINANCIAL & PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENTS

Financial agreements (including prenuptial agreements) can provide clarity and protection for couples entering a relationship later in life, blending families, or bringing significant assets into a partnership.

These agreements have important advantages and limitations. We explain both, ensuring you understand how they interact with your rights under the Family Law Act. Whatever your reasons for considering a financial agreement, we ensure you’re fully informed and able to make the decision that best supports your circumstances.
